Sr. Technical Program Mgr

Experteer Overview In this TPM role, you will own end-to-end programs for growth initiatives in NetApp Cloud Storage, coordinating across engineering, product, and executives. You'll drive cross-functional delivery from concept to market launch, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate program health to leadership. You'll help shape cloud storage solutions across major cloud providers and collaborate with internal and external partners. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role at the intersection of technology and strategy. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end program delivery across geographies, including milestones, critical path, dependencies, and release integration * Drive cross-functional alignment and prioritize to achieve measurable outcomes * Assess and communicate resource needs and facilitate prioritization with engineering and product leadership * Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making * Decompose initiatives into milestones with clear acceptance criteria and release gates * Identify risks early, propose options, and escalate with cost-of-delay analysis * Deliver concise executive briefings on deployment progress and health to leadership * Represent the program in CSS portfolio reviews and planning activities * Improve program traceability and automate recurring TPM workflows per CSS TPMO standards Tasks * 10+ years of experience delivering releases for multiple products or services in technology programs * Proven delivery of complex, multi-team platform/infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS * Strong understanding of program interdependencies and capacity prioritization * Ability to read and challenge architecture docs, design specs, release plans, and dependencies * Strong Agile-at-scale and release train mechanics knowledge * Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority in a matrixed org * Results-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office * Storage industry experience, PMP certification, and Agile experience preferred * Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering Key requirements * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Retirement or Pension Plans * Paid Time Off * Performance-Based Incentives * Employee stock purchase plan or RSUs
