Senior Data Analytics Program Manager

Our Client is building their enterprise data and analytics backbone spanning spend cubes, executive dashboards, and AI use cases. They are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to act as the operational right hand to the Head of the COE., * Capture, triage, and prioritize all D&A intake requests so the team only works on what matters most.

• Build and maintain one centralized portfolio in Asana, ensuring every initiative has a clear owner, scope, priority, and due date.
• Drive the Critical Path: Follow up on dependencies, clear blockers before they escalate, and hold teams accountable to dates with data.
• Own the operating cadence including: the weekly status reviews, manage live RAID logs, and provide leadership with clear, at-a-glance RAG reporting.
• Partner directly with technical leads to supply the structure and sequencing that turns complex D&A work into delivered, business-facing outcomes.

• 5+ years in Program/Project Management, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles running multiple complex workstreams at once. (Consulting or in-house backgrounds are both welcome).
• Expert command of portfolio tools, with Asana strongly preferred (Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project also relevant). Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/Slack.
• Data & Analytics fluency: Solid understanding of how to sequence, de-risk, and challenge assumptions.
• A master of RAID/RAG reporting.
• Concise, direct, and credible. You thrive in ambiguity and hold people accountable.
• (Media & Entertainment experience is a plus!).
