This position is hybrid and based out of our New York City office reporting to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays., * Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps), primarily focused on financial modules.

  • Provide day-to-day technical end user support, including issue troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Assist in supporting finance-related tools such as: Concur (Expense Management), Exflow, Treasury or cash management automation tools (knowledge a plus), Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with offshore development resources
  • Support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and other systems across the organization.
  • Help drive reporting and data analysis efforts; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Assist with testing, documentation, training, and deployment of system updates or new modules.
  • Understand and support business processes related to membership structure, deferred revenue, revenue recognition, and subscription billing.

Requirements

ICSC's Technology Team is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) Developer to support and enhance our enterprise finance system. This individual will help configure and maintain our D365 FinOps environment, support business users, and assist with ongoing enhancements and integrations. The role requires a technically strong candidate who is eager to learn about the unique structure of a membership-based organization, with a focus on revenue recognition and subscription billing processes.

This position will work cross-functionally with the Finance and Business Operations teams and collaborate closely with vendors and partners. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power BI, and finance-related tools such as Ex Flow, Concur, or treasury automation systems is a significant plus., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps).
  • Technical knowledge in configuring and supporting D365 Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Subscription Billing, etc.).
  • Exposure to or interest in supporting Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of finance system workflows and ability to collaborate with accounting/finance teams.
  • Willingness to learn organizational models focused on memberships and recurring revenue.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with X++, * Familiarity with or experience supporting tools such as: Concur or other expense management platforms, Exflow, Treasury or cash management automation platforms, Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and financial reporting.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred but not required).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, Azure DevOps for source control, and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working with data migration/integration tools
