Framework Developer Senior

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and develop core application frameworks to support CLA's business needs while shaping the Framework Engineering Team's strategy. You'll collaborate with analysts, managers, and developers to define requirements, promote best practices, and ensure secure, high-quality framework solutions. You will drive tooling, monitoring, and technology evaluation to improve development efficiency. This position blends hands-on development with architecture leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
