Sr Manager URB Governance

Experteer Overview Senior Manager of URB Governance leads the Utility Review Board capital governance, guiding the URB Governance team to ensure high-quality capital submissions and enterprise-aligned investment decisions. You will enforce governance frameworks, oversee PEEM analyses, and maintain transparent, audit-ready documentation. You'll partner with multiple departments to advance regulatory and Board-facing materials and improve capital project workflows. This role offers strategic influence in a Fortune 500 energy company. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee end-to-end URB submission activities for capital approvals * Ensure documentation accuracy and policy alignment for executive reviews * Direct creation and refinement of Internal Review and Final Submission decks * Advise on URB charter compliance and stakeholder communications * Maintain McLaren Links documentation for URB/executive/regulatory needs * Lead development of CRC presentation materials for Board scrutiny * Provide senior oversight of PEEM analyses and coordinate with Project Valuation * Guide annual updates of blanket investment documents with governance alignment * Manage lifecycle documentation of capital approvals from submission to closeout * Provide governance oversight of business controls and continuous improvement initiatives * Produce strategic governance guidance and high-quality ad hoc analyses Tasks * B.S.
