Global Implementation and Solution Design Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end global implementation projects for key customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and account management to design efficient, standardized processes that meet client needs. You'll drive continuous improvement through KPIs, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end implementation of global customer accounts, from handover from sales to operations * Create and maintain implementation documentation (SOPs, process flows, training materials) * Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and risk management * Maintain customer account data and growth plans for profitability * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet go-live requirements * Conduct training for internal teams and customers on new processes and platforms * Establish KPIs to measure success and drive improvement * Serve as primary contact for customers during implementation and resolve issues * Design standardized implementation frameworks adaptable to different customers and regions * Support pre-sales with RFP responses and solution presentations * Maintain strong relationships with global customers for seamless onboarding * Provide status updates to senior management on progress, risks, and mitigations * Ensure compliance with policies and regulations * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (required) * 5+ years in logistics/freight forwarding or supply chain with focus on solution design and implementation (required) * Knowledge of CargoWise, Infor Nexus, SAP or similar platforms * Experience with change management and process improvement * Understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations * Experience with EDI/API integration, TMS, and visibility platforms * Strong project management skills; PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma a plus * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management * Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities Key requirements * Medical * Prescription * Health Savings Account * Flexible Spending Accounts * Dental * Vision","Life" ,"AD&D" ,"Disability","Tuition Reimbursement"]
