Solution Architect - Tungsten Total Agility

We are seeking an experienced Tungsten TotalAgility Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and workflow automation solutions. This role involves defining scalable architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the automation lifecycle, * Design end-to-end Tungsten TotalAgility solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

• Define solution blueprints, frameworks, and reusable components for scalable document processing solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Provide architectural guidance for document capture, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, RPA, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization assessments.
• Mentor developers and support capability-building initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend AI-driven document processing strategies and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation.

• 8-12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Tungsten/Kofax TotalAgility architecture and solution design experience.
• Strong expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA/TTA) platform and Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale document automation solutions.
• Deep understanding of OCR, document classification, extraction technologies, and workflow architecture.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system integration patterns, and scalable enterprise platforms.
• Experience integrating KTA/TTA with APIs, databases, ERP, CRM, ECM, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and enterprise security best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and governance models.
• Tungsten/Kofax certifications preferred.
