Job description

Experteer Overview In this role within MCAAS Innovation, you apply data analytics to strengthen financial controls and risk assessment across the company. You'll build dashboards and automations to support audits and governance, collaborating with global finance and analytics teams. Your work helps drive real-time insights, improve process efficiency, and uphold integrity and compliance. This is a chance to shape assurance capabilities through emerging tech and cross-functional impact. Compensation / Benefits * Support audit teams with data requests from multiple financial, accounting, and compliance systems. * Lead and create analytical projects and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft tools for real-time risk assessment and control insights. * Lead and participate in agile projects with diverse teammates, delivering outputs iteratively. * Develop automations using UiPath, Dataiku, Python/R to save time and improve processes. * Document technical solutions per SDLC and guidelines. * Collaborate with other finance and data analytics groups to share learnings and reuse solutions. * Experiment with new systems and technologies to extend capabilities and support. * Participate in financial, operational, SOX 404, IT audits (domestic and international) to maintain strong internal controls Tasks * Minimum 2 years in Finance, Internal Audit, or Data Analytics. * Strong data analytics, transformation, modeling, analysis, and visualization skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI. * Experience with SAP COMET, ATLAS, FSA, BPC, Veeva or similar ERP systems. * Automation tools experience including UiPath and Power Automate. * ETL tools experience (Dataiku, Matillion, Databricks). * Coding in SQL, R, Python or VBA. * Experience with Agile and Jira. * Knowledge of advanced/predictive analytics and data governance/SDLC.
