Solution Principal for Apps Dev and Software Dev

Role Details: This is a Solution Architect leadership role, working closely with Sales Leaders in Tech vertical to win new business or expand existing business. The role also includes need-based consulting for the delivery team during the stabilization phase of the project.

Demonstrated experience in Solutions & Deals management on below areas:

A) Solution Specialisation:

• Application Development / Software Development
• Agile Processes, Squad structure, ceremonies knowledge
• Product Oriented Delivery Model
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Integration knowledge
• SRE

B) Deals Management Experience:

• Large Deals Management experience
• Exposure to Tech vertical
• Multi- service line deals management experience
• Experience in Pricing Models

C) AI experience:

• Foundation knowledge in Agentic AI
• Human in Loop AI infused Delivery
