Staff Engineer (Java)

Experteer Overview As Staff Engineer, you will design and scale high-performance, low-latency ad-serving systems for a real-time platform. You'll work with the Ad Server Engineering team to modernize legacy Java/Tomcat code, build features aligned with the roadmap, and ensure reliability at scale on AWS. Your work enables billions of ad transactions across display and CTV, leveraging modern frameworks and observability to keep systems healthy. This role offers impact across product delivery, performance, and platform evolution in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
