Experteer Overview In this UX/UI Designer role, you will craft intuitive digital experiences that help financial advisors and internal teams achieve their goals. You'll work within Creative Services to deliver visually compelling and strategically effective websites, landing pages, and campaigns. You'll translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with copywriters, developers, and account managers. You'll stay current on UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and conversion, contributing to the company's mission of supporting advisors' growth. Compensation / Benefits * Transform ideas into engaging digital experiences through user-centered problem solving * Design websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media ads, and other digital assets * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs * Develop intuitive interfaces improving usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion * Apply UX/UI best practices for seamless user experiences * Conduct research, gather requirements, and incorporate user feedback * Partner with account managers to translate goals into creative solutions * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, consistent implementation * Participate in advisor discovery meetings, onboarding, and design reviews * Support advisors by answering website-related questions and resolving design issues * Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives * Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and UX practices Tasks * 3+ years in UX/UI, web design, or digital design * Strong portfolio showing visual design and UX thinking * Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI designs * Advanced proficiency in Figma * Experience with HTML, CSS, and Webflow * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) * Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, usability * Strong communication to explain design decisions and advocate for user-centered solutions * Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * 401k with matching * generous PTO * on-site café * gym * primary care on-site healthcare support
