Senior DevOps Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Dealpath, you will own and scale our cloud infrastructure to support a multi-shard environment and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with software engineers to deploy at scale while leading SRE practices to improve reliability, security, and observability. Your work expands logging, monitoring, and automation across AWS and GCP platforms, driving fast, safe feature delivery. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic oversight in a high-visibility setting. You'll join a mission-driven team that values ownership and proactive problem solving. Compensation / Benefits * Provide on-call infrastructure support from New York with east-coast hours * Manage and scale a multi-shard AWS environment ensuring high availability, performance, and security * Own SRE responsibilities including incident response and reliability engineering * Build and expand logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling * Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy features quickly and safely * Lead network security and compliance initiatives with fine-grained access controls * Set up and configure GCP infrastructure including IAM and AI platform services * Design automation and configuration management to streamline deployments Tasks * 8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in production * Deep experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, OpenSearch) * Strong networking, Linux administration, and web architecture knowledge * Proficiency in shell scripting and at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby) * Hands-on experience building logging, monitoring, and observability systems * Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent experience (as required) Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid Parental Leave * Flexible Time Off (FTO) * Commuter benefits program
