Jr. Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager / Scrum Master to support large-scale wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end agile delivery execution across multiple workstreams in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, strong governance, and alignment across cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong balance of agile execution leadership, program governance, and stakeholder management., Agile Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams
• Translate roadmap milestones into release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints
• Partner with Product Owners to align priorities with engineering capacity
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
• Track delivery progress against scope, timelines, and quality objectives
• Identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain team velocity

Program Governance, Risk & Controls

• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation actions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, release management, and change management processes
• Manage delivery, operational, and technology risks across workstreams
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and escalation management

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Provide executive-level status reporting on delivery progress and program health
• Facilitate weekly/monthly program and service delivery meetings
• Communicate KPIs including sprint predictability, dependency risks, quality metrics, and release readiness
• Act as the single source of truth for program status and execution tracking
• Ensure alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders, * Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Manhattan, NY
• Strong enterprise transformation and wealth platform modernization initiatives
• Highly collaborative environment working with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions

• Strong experience managing large-scale agile delivery programs
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies
• Strong expertise in program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies across business, product, and engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
• Exposure to enterprise transformation or modernization programs (preferred)
• Experience in highly regulated environments (preferred)
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred)
