Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will guide multiple Agile teams within an SAFe framework to align, remove impediments, and consistently deliver value. You'll partner with product management, development, and leadership to sustain cross-team coordination and continuous improvement. You'll shape PI planning, ART events, and risk management to maximize flow and quality on military vehicle software and systems. This position offers a mission-driven environment with opportunities to influence large-scale defense programs and modern software practices. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and execute scope, budget, schedule, and technical work for technology and software transfers * Manage subcontractors to meet schedules and deliverables * Participate in design reviews and present results * Facilitate ART events and PI Planning; ensure readiness and cross-team alignment * Coordinate ART ceremonies and maintain PI cycle calendars * Ensure transparency and execution across the PI lifecycle and optimize value flow * Identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and workflow inefficiencies; remove impediments * Coach Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and leaders in SAFe and Agile practices; assess ART agility and drive continuous improvement * Coordinate across teams and stakeholders; manage dependencies between teams and release trains * Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt; collect and analyze metrics to boost ART performance Tasks * Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field; Masters preferred * Minimum 10 years of related engineering experience * Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach * Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, and Lean principles * Strong facilitation, communication, and servant-leadership skills * Ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and risks * Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and organization change * Experience presenting to broad audiences including customers and leadership * Knowledge of systems engineering concepts * Experience with technical program management for complex systems * Ability to align objectives with a cross-functional team * Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills * Interpersonal skills for teamwork * MS Office and other engineering software proficiency * Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance * Willingness to climb on/off and work around military vehicles; ASR compliance * Flexibility to work non-duty hours or weekends; travel as needed * Preferred: C/C++ programming background; SAFe RTE, SPC, PMP certifications; experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps * Attention to maintain workforce health and safety standards * Able to pass related assessments and tests Key requirements * Healthcare including medical, dental, vision * 401k Match (6%) * Educational Assistance * 9-80 Work Schedule * Onsite amenities (cafeteria, fitness center) * Tuition Reimbursement
