Sr. Full Stack Developer

Experteer Overview In this Sr. Full Stack Developer role you will design and build scalable software solutions across on-premises and AWS cloud environments. You will collaborate with global teams to drive product development, apply test-driven and behavior-driven approaches, and implement robust API and microservice architectures. The position emphasizes automation, production support, and adherence to security and performance standards. This is a hands-on role that combines development, architecture, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, scalable systems. Compensation / Benefits * Develop software using Java, C#, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, microservices and APIs * Modernize on-prem and PAAS apps toward AWS, aligned with project timelines * Design and implement serverless patterns from containerized apps * Build, consume, and route APIs with scalable connectivity and policy * Create architectures optimized for SLAs, reliability, and cost * Promote software craftsmanship with TDD/BDD and test automation * Drive performance improvements via monitoring, metrics, and trend analysis * Ensure security and privacy compliance early in development * Lead code reviews, document playbooks, and support production systems * Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of rotation Tasks * 4-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer * 2+ years in Java, Full-Stack, C#, .NET and/or Python development * Experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, Spring Boot * Strong in unit testing with TDD/BDD * Experience with test automation tools like WireMock, Mockito * Automation-focused with backend test automation using Postman, REST Assured, Cypress, Ready API * Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, CircleCI) * Hands-on with AWS cloud serverless components (ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, PostgreSQL, Dynamo, Sagemaker, Athena) * Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service integrations * Agile experience with workload management tools (VersionOne/Agility) * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in high-stress environments and manage on-call duties * Experience with system integrations and performance/data integrity Key requirements *
