IT Project Engineer - Retail - Antwerp (Benelux)

• Drive local and international IT projects, including ERP and digital platform transformations.
• Support and optimize business-critical applications such as ERP, e-commerce, CRM, and customer support tools.
• Act as the go-to expert for users, system integrations, and operational excellence.
• Ensure IT infrastructure, security, compliance, and data protection remain robust and future-ready.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver seamless digital experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, applications, or project management.
• Strong ERP expertise; SAP experience is a major plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a bonus).
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and user support.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
