Project manager - software development & iot (remote)

• Support project planning and coordination: assist the Lead PM in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with development, product, and design teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and tasks are executed efficiently; facilitate stakeholder communication to maintain alignment.
• Technical team coordination: support communication between software developers, AI engineers, blockchain developers, and IoT technicians to keep technical workstreams aligned.
• Requirement clarification: assist in converting product goals into actionable technical requirements, user stories, milestones, and task priorities for development teams.
• Track project progress: regularly monitor ongoing projects and report updates to the Lead PM; track key milestones, deliverables, and potential roadblocks to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Integration tracking: monitor dependencies between the application, backend infrastructure, AI modules, blockchain components, APIs, and IoT device communication systems to help ensure smooth product integration.
• Risk management: assist the Lead PM in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to timelines, resources, and deliverables; help create contingency plans.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, and status reports; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resource management: assist in coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring appropriate team allocation to meet deadlines.
• Assist in Agile development: work with the Lead PM to facilitate Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews; support maintenance of an Agile workflow and necessary adjustments.

• As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial supporting role in assisting the Lead Project Manager to deliver high-quality, timely, and effective projects that align with our digital wellness mission. You will work closely with the Lead PM to help organize, prioritize, and ensure the successful delivery of projects related to our digital health platform.
• In this collaborative role, youll gain hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, ensuring alignment across departments, and identifying potential project risks. You will also help monitor progress, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth execution across various stages of product and technical development.
• This role requires strong technical communication skills to support collaboration between software developers, AI engineers, blockchain developers, and IoT device technicians, ensuring all technical workstreams remain aligned with the overall product vision.
• You are not expected to be the primary engineer, but you should have enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with development teams, understand technical discussions, identify blockers, and help coordinate the successful integration of software, AI, blockchain, and IoT systems.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Experience assisting in management of cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of software development, backend systems, APIs, AI features, blockchain, smart contracts, tokenomics, and IoT device workflows.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com; ability to effectively track tasks, deadlines, and progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions between software engineers, AI developers, blockchain engineers, IoT technicians, product teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify problems, address obstacles, propose creative solutions, and be proactive in ensuring smooth project execution.
