Job description

Experteer Overview As Digital Content Manager for Redken at the US Content Center, you will lead strategic, hands-on content creation that powers socially-first storytelling. You'll partner with brand, advocacy, and digital teams to ideate, produce, and optimize premium assets across paid and owned channels. The role focuses on turning brand ideas into authentic, on-brand content while ensuring efficient production and retailer-aligned standards. You will drive growth through data-informed optimization and compelling visual storytelling that resonates with stylists and consumers. This is a chance to shape the brand's digital narrative within a fast-paced, collaborative beauty environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop yearly/quarterly digital content strategy aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and KPIs. * Create and manage a centralized production calendar; plan external resources as needed. * Build UGC creator networks aligned with brand archetypes for paid social content. * Pitch innovative visual concepts and platform placement strategies to stakeholders. * Manage end-to-end production of video and still content, including scripting and editing. * Collaborate with Production Managers to optimize workflows and ensure high aesthetic standards. * Ensure assets are optimized for platforms, compliant with legal requirements, and archived in the DAM system. * Act as creative advisor to translate brand codes into owned content expressions. * Track performance, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. * Identify opportunities to repurpose or sunset underperforming content for growth.
