Data Analyst | Location: Cranston, RI | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $40-$54 Our client in Cranston, RI is seeking a Data Analyst to support critical projects involving eligibility, fiscal assessments, and regulatory compliance for the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of analyzing complex data sets and developing comprehensive reports to inform policy and budgeting decisions., * Develop and maintain reports on individual eligibility, fiscal assessments, service programs, legislative requests, and regulatory compliance through independent data analysis.

• Collaborate with program, policy, fiscal, and analytical teams to derive planning metrics and support policy development for service programs and budgets.
• Utilize multiple data systems to analyze and report on outcomes, utilization, and trends related to the I/DD population.
• Provide ad hoc and customized analyses within established timelines.
• Create standardized financial reports for all I/DD program areas.
• Offer technical assistance to internal staff on metrics, management reports, and data visualization tools.
• Design, modify, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders., professional, and ready to advocate on your behalf. • Bachelor's degree.
• Experience drawing insights from complex and imperfect data sets, including data cleaning and quality improvement.
• Proven ability to perform analytic tasks within multidisciplinary teams involving programmatic, clinical, or administrative staff.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, Python, R, STATA, DAX, or similar analytical and automation tools.
• Skilled in data visualization using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government or regulatory compliance data.
• Prior experience in health or social services analytics.
