Job description
Coordinating technology initiatives from intake through completion, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities.

Managing the IT Project Intake & Triage process, including intake, prioritization, status tracking, and reporting.

Coordinating execution across internal stakeholders, technology vendors, managed service providers (MSPs), and technical resources without direct supervisory responsibility.

Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, project documentation, and status reports.

Managing day-to-day relationships with technology vendors by coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Supporting long-term vendor management activities in partnership with the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Conducting software testing to validate functionality, identify issues, document results, and support successful implementation.

Coordinating and supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, vendor transitions, and other technology initiatives.

Monitoring project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities, escalating concerns to leadership as appropriate.

Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve project delivery, communication, documentation, and operational workflows.

Collaborating with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), external CTOs, internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and other business partners to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Maintaining project, vendor, testing, and operational documentation while providing regular dashboards, executive updates, and project communications.

Providing operational support for day-to-day IT activities, including coordinating vendors, supporting equipment deployments, assisting with onboarding activities, and facilitating other technology operations as needed.

Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
PMP certification.

A Bachelor's Degree.
-
5 years of project management experience, including 2 years of IT project management experience.

Experience with project management software such as Monday or Asana or similar.

Experience with vendor management.

Self-starter.
