Manager, Software Engineering

Experteer Overview In this role you guide and coach delivery teams to architect and deliver enterprise software aligned with AutoNation's strategic goals. You partner with business and tech stakeholders to refine requirements and roadmaps, and you lead cross-functional delivery from design to production. You drive process improvements with the PMO and Scrum Master, ensuring high-quality, reliable systems in a fast-paced environment. This is a pivotal position for advancing AutoNation's transformational automotive tech initiatives.
