Program Manager -Data Science & Machine Learning

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II to join our client's site in South San Francisco, CA. This role will support Data Science and Machine Learning operations through Scrum and Agile facilitation, program execution, dependency and milestone tracking, and transparent reporting of progress, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines., * Lead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives tailored to nonlinear Data Science and Machine Learning workflows.

• Proactively identify, track, and clear technical and operational roadblocks for data scientists and Machine Learning engineers.
• Track internal technical deliverables and cross-functional dependencies across data pipelines, model builds, and engineering integrations.
• Maintain accurate, current execution status in Jira and Confluence.
• Provide clear visibility into sprint velocity, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in related Fields.
• Five or more years of combined experience as a Program Manager and Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of applying Agile practices in data-driven software development environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools configured for data workflows.
• Strong ability to keep technical teams focused on high-priority deliverables and maintain momentum across complex engineering dependencies., * PMP or Agile certification.

Pay Rate: $ 78.56 - $ 81.56 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Hybrid-three days onsite and two days remote; Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
