e10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI, and Analytics Architecture
.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, and Power BI
.Proven experience migrating BI/Analytics platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, or Business Objects to modern cloud platforms
.Strong expertise in Power BI, Semantic Models, DAX, and dashboard/report modernization
.Experience designing scalable data architectures using Lakehouse, Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture, and Delta Lake
.Strong SQL, Python, PySpark, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data transformation skills
.Experience implementing data governance, security, lineage, and metadata management using Microsoft Purview or similar tools
.Experience with Azure data services such as ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps
.Ability to lead architecture workshops, perform migration assessments, define roadmaps, and engage with business stakeholders
.Microsoft Fabric (DP-600) and Azure Data Engineer (DP-203) certifications preferred
.Nice-to-Have: Experience in the BFSI domain and large-scale analytics modernization programs involving Domo-to-Power BI/Fabric migrations
