Experteer Overview In this role you will support inventory and asset data management, data quality, and reporting within the Inventory Optimization team. You'll work with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable enterprise data that informs operational and financial decisions. The position emphasizes learning through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business functions. You will contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven solutions in a manufacturing context. Compensation / Benefits * Support inventory, asset, and operational data management across EAM, EIM, and MRO processes * Assist with data validation, reconciliation, correction, and reporting * Maintain master data records in SAP and connected systems * Support business users with reporting, system questions, issue resolution, and application support * Participate in inventory optimization, data quality, governance, analytics, and process improvement initiatives * Document business processes, system configurations, standards, and procedures * Assist with dashboard creation, report development, and analysis for operational and financial decisions Tasks * 0-2 years of relevant work experience * Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field * Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience considered * Willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA and related business processes * Foundational data handling skills (advanced Excel, introductory SQL, exposure to Python) * Interest in analytics platforms (Power BI, Palantir, Tableau) * Open to travel up to 50% and local to NWA area or willing to relocate * Resume required; relocation benefits not offered Key requirements * paid time off * 401(k) plans * affordable health benefits * life, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits * and more
