Experteer Overview In this Principal-level role, you lead data-domain governance and data product delivery for capital markets programs, guiding data hierarchy refinements and domain ownership across business and tech stakeholders. You will shape backlogs, data mapping, and contract reviews while driving cross-functional collaboration and client-value delivery. You'll contribute to transformation programs, thought leadership, and practical AI-driven insights within a global, consulting setting. This is a client-facing role that blends domain expertise with strategic execution to accelerate business outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead review of the data domain hierarchy and refine naming conventions to reduce overlap * Assign each feature/dataset to a single accountable domain and document consuming processes * Define domain ownership and boundaries and resolve conflicts across functions * Review data contracts and obtain sign-off from producing and consuming domains * Conduct workshops, participate in sprint cycles, define backlog, create data mapping and transformation requirements * Create requirement specifications and coordinate stakeholders for data product issue resolution and data validation Tasks * 7-9+ years of experience in capital markets with relevant data flows (e.g. holdings, transactions, reference data, trades data, GL mapping, sub-ledger, P&L, risk) * 10+ years total experience * Ability to query and analyze data sets using SQL * Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills; independent thinker with strong domain skills * Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence * Familiarity with AI tools for vibe coding (lovable etc.) * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (visa sponsorship not available) * BS/BA in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Disability insurance * Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts * 401(k) plan and contributions * Paid holidays * Paid Time Off
