Manager - SAP Concur

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform with SAP-enabled solutions, leading Concur programs and multi-workstreams. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and stabilize SAP Concur deployments while guiding operating models and policy alignment. You drive value through spend management processes, tax/compliance considerations, and effective change adoption. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale SAP-enabled transformations in a leading consulting firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead SAP Concur implementations and major workstreams (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request) including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, quality, risk, and delivery management * Facilitate requirements and solution design workshops; translate spend management requirements into SAP Concur solutions * Oversee functional design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, hypercare and stabilization * Advise on operating model design, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax considerations, and spend management improvements * Build relationships with client leaders and delivery teams; support communications, training, change adoption, proposals, estimation, and Deloitte's Concur offerings * Work independently and as part of a team; mentor others; manage multiple tasks with deadlines * Lead projects or workstreams and communicate effectively to stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of SAP/ERP/Concur experience * 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with end-to-end solution design and delivery in consulting or industry * 4+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations, including 2+ SAP Concur implementations * 2+ implementations or major workstreams in a primary delivery role, including 1+ SAP Concur * Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice; experience delivering integrations with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component financials * Experience with travel-and-expense and accounts-payable processes, policy and compliance controls, and corporate card programs * Ability to travel ~50% * Preferred: Master's degree; SAP Concur certification; multi-country rollout experience; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Concur App Center/APIs Key requirements *
