Experteer Overview In this role you lead technology-driven transformation across Tris Pharma's manufacturing operations, applying AI, automation, and data analytics to boost efficiency, compliance, and decision support. You partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and others to shape and execute an AI-enabled transformation roadmap. You will build scalable agentic AI solutions and ensure secure, compliant deployment in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to influence how AI and digital tools elevate performance in a high-stakes biopharma setting. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discovery, prioritization, design and implementation of AI transformation use cases for manufacturing and related functions * Partner with cross-functional teams to identify where AI, automation, analytics and digital tools reduce manual work and improve decision-making * Assist in building an agentic AI platform including data sources, system integrations, security controls, governance, validation, and scalable deployment patterns * Ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, privacy, change control, testing and documentation * Provide requirements gathering, process mapping, validation documentation, training and post-go-live support for AI-enabled tooling and manufacturing system enhancements * Establish adoption practices for AI tools including training, knowledge management, feedback, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions * Support ERP integrations, warehouse/inventory systems, labeling, serialization, MES, quality systems and plant applications through improvements to manufacturing tech stack * Build strong relationships with manufacturing leaders and end users through effective training and guidance on system use and compliance Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science (or related) with 7+ years in manufacturing IT, digital transformation, automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, ERP or plant technology in regulated environments * Strong experience with Microsoft AI and analytics stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure AI, etc.) * Solid understanding of cGMP, computer system validation, data integrity, audit readiness, change control, testing and controlled documentation * Knowledge of Microsoft security, governance, and compliance capabilities (Entra ID, Purview, DLP, etc.) * Ability to design and support Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, knowledge-based assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, and human-in-the-loop processes * Working knowledge of ERP systems * Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical device environments Key requirements * salary range $120k-$155k * bonus eligibility * medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance * 401K with match * life insurance * paid holidays and PTO
