CDS Platform Developer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help build and maintain a cloud-native CDS platform, spanning front-end and back-end work. You will diagnose issues, extend functionality, and ensure platform health in collaboration with a cross-functional team. You'll contribute to scalable, robust software in AWS and share ownership of software and infrastructure. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that values proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and team-oriented execution. Compensation / Benefits * Read and understand existing codebase patterns and runtime behavior * Diagnose straightforward bugs and extend current logic * Contribute to team goals and product roadmaps with moderate autonomy * Collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders to solve problems * Maintain platform health and extend functionality in a cloud-native AWS environment Tasks * Full-stack developer experience * Hands-on AWS familiarity * Experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Spring Boot * Frontend experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS (React, TypeScript) * Testing libraries and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured, Playwright, React Testing Library, Jest) * Terraform and infrastructure as code for AWS resources (S3, Lambda, VPC, ALB/NLB) * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and basic infrastructure tests (Terratest) * Familiar with Docker and containerized environments * Understanding of testing pyramids and testable design * Ability to work in EST/CST/MST/PST time zones and provide on-call support Key requirements *
