Engineer and optimize modern ABAP solutions specifically tailored for high-speed SAP HANA in-memory databases. Push complex data processing logic directly down to the database layer to maximize overarching enterprise system performance. Construct and maintain diverse Core Data Services views including fundamental, interface, and consumption data models. Execute rigorous custom code remediation to successfully adapt traditional ECC programs for modern S/4HANA environments. Develop intricate database procedures utilizing SQLScript to systematically resolve highly complex enterprise data challenges. Perform advanced performance tuning utilizing ST05 SQL trace, SAT runtime analysis, and dedicated SQL Monitor tools. Analyze and resolve system simplification items to guarantee seamless transitions away from deprecated data tables. 7 or more years of experience engineering advanced enterprise software applications utilizing SAP ABAP development. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA architectures to execute critical code pushdown and in-memory database optimizations. Experience with Modern Open SQL scripting including inline declarations, complex joins, and advanced aggregations. Experience in building Core Data Services (CDS) views encompassing annotations, associations, and strict authorization checks. Experience with ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) and SQLScript to drive complex database-side processing. Experience in executing S/4HANA custom code remediation, ATC checks, and replacing obsolete ECC functions. Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional SAP deployment teams and explain complex database logic.
