ZoomAI DevOps Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will maintain and optimize ZoomAI services within a fast-moving, technically advanced team. You'll work on high-availability deployments and scalable infrastructure to support AI and machine learning platforms. You'll design CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment reliability, and automate monitoring to quickly detect and resolve issues. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to influence architecture and tooling while contributing to Zoom's AI initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Maintaining ZoomAI services' release deployment and maintenance * Investigating architectural and operational inefficiencies across ZoomAI services and environments * Designing and implementing enhancements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation * Designing and implementing zero-downtime Zoom services (99.999%) * Developing CI/CD automation to scale architecture * Automating monitoring metrics and troubleshooting service issues Tasks * Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock * Kubernetes and Docker experience * Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools * Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools * Programming experience in Python, Shell, and scripting languages * Experience with Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower * Deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments * Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure Key requirements *
