Job description

Experteer Overview In thisStaff Software Engineer role you will design, build, and maintain full-stack software for RMB's commercial products, shaping how microbiology automation accelerates pharmaceutical workflows. You will back up the Software Architect, influence technical decisions, and ensure scalable, secure solutions deployed across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software and drive continuous improvement through automation and Agile practices. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a fast-moving, growth-oriented company with a meaningful mission in healthcare outcomes.
