Job description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong technical leadership skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset to join a growing AI Security team. In this role, you will help design, build, and modernize security platforms by integrating AI-driven assessment tools, automating workflows, and developing scalable enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deliver end-to-end full stack applications and services

Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python

Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow applications using React

Integrate AI/ML models and platforms into enterprise solutions

Develop automation solutions for governance, security, and operational workflows

Create and maintain data pipelines and service integrations

Collaborate across teams to define architecture and deliver high-quality solutions

Champion engineering best practices including test automation, TDD, and CI/CD
Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience

Strong Python development experience with the ability to build and deploy end-to-end solutions

Experience designing and supporting RESTful APIs and microservices

Front-end development experience with React

Experience working within multi-tier and enterprise architectures

Exposure to AI/ML technologies and model integration

Experience building automated workflows, APIs, and data pipelines

Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices

Cloud experience in GCP, Azure, or AWS
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or similar technologies

Experience in security, governance, or compliance-related applications

Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $96.00/hr.
