Job description

About the Role: DevOps Engineer, 1. CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery.

  1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, manage, and scale cloud environments using infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  2. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily cloud platform operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), optimizing performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  3. Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to track system performance and uptime.
  4. Containerization & Orchestration: Manage application containerization and cluster orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Security & Collaboration: Partner with software engineering and security teams to embed DevSecOps practices, manage access controls, and patch vulnerabilities., 1. Targeted Placement: Direct marketing to our network of hiring managers in the Technology and Engineering sectors.
  6. Technical Resume Rebuild: Optimization of your profile to highlight cloud engineering, pipeline automation, and technical skills.
  7. Interview Coaching: Guidance on behavioral and technical DevOps system design interviews.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between development and operations teams, ensuring continuous deployment, automated workflows, high availability, and strict adherence to security and compliance standards., 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Required).

  1. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Administration, or Software Development.
  2. Technical Skills (Required):
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated testing frameworks.
  1. Preferred Skills:
  • Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience with database administration, networking, and security compliance.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
