Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead a multi-person intelligence team to deliver on contract objectives, balancing technical, programmatic, and financial performance. You'll coordinate with the customer decision-makers to maintain baselines and deliverables, mentoring staff and overseeing remote and on-site work. You'll shape tasks with the customer, ensure compliance with analytic standards, and drive a major program to success within policy and contract requirements. This position offers strategic influence across teams and a chance to advance intelligence operations in Europe and Eurasia. Compensation / Benefits * Manage day-to-day staffing, financials, and reporting for the contract * Oversee employees and subcontractors; provide leadership and mentorship * Define LOE and completion contract management; handle cost reimbursable contracts basics * Direct technical and administrative work; ensure schedule, cost, and performance baselines * Collaborate with COTR and customer decision-makers; define tasks and expectations * Prepare staffing plans and forecasts; recruit and hire as needed * Monitor contract funding; deliver contracts, departmental, project, and financial reports * Assist new staff and coordinate security onboarding and attendance guidance Tasks * Active TS/SCI with Poly * Bachelor in related field with 12+ years in all-source intelligence analysis; 3+ years supervisory * Experience across DIA organizations and Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders * Knowledge of customer processes, OUSD(I&S), CCMD J2 requirements, IC analytic community standards * 10+ years in Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs; managing intelligence analysis production * Expert in ICD 203/206 analytic standards; enforce compliance of junior analysts * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign workloads, review products, and evaluate performance * Experience integrating AI/ML tools into intelligence workflows; familiarity with LLM platforms for summarization and reporting * Strong MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, classified cloud environments Key requirements *
