Experteer Overview In this Lead Solutions Analyst role, you translate business needs into actionable, technically feasible solutions within Corporate Technology. You act as a bridge among product owners, business lines, operations, and developers to ensure complete scope and high-quality delivery. You'll use analytical reasoning and AI-enabled practices to drive data-informed decisions for KYC, risk, and technology initiatives. You will navigate ambiguity, manage change, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders to support key business outcomes. This role offers impact across risk, compliance, and product delivery at JPMorganChase. Compensation / Benefits * Capture complete business requirements and articulate the full scope. * Analyze requirements to develop standard, reusable solutions. * Design functional solutions for ongoing KYC and risk initiatives. * Prepare and validate interface mappings and static data aligned with requirements. * Review solutions with business and tech stakeholders to ensure alignment with needs. * Ensure quality of functional solutions and interface documentation against program standards. * Support onboarding UAT, including test case prep, planning, and tracking. * Collaborate with BAs and team members to balance workload and meet targets. * Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders. * Identify risks early, plan mitigations, and communicate with stakeholders. * Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis practices with proper human validation. Tasks * Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. * Extensive experience in data analysis, data mapping, and handling large data sets. * Experience across multiple business streams and front-to-back system implementation. * Strong understanding of technology concepts, and business/technical architecture. * Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and produce quality docs. * Ability to drive multiple agendas, manage priorities, and work proactively.
