Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support classified government contracts as a Staff Computer Systems Analyst, working on-site in Roy, UT. You will lead multi-user computer systems operations, interface with cross-functional teams, and drive enterprise system enhancements with a security-first mindset. You'll mentor junior staff, oversee backups and audits, and validate new product releases to minimize user impact. This position centers on delivering secure, integrated, and scalable IT solutions for critical missions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead operations of multi-user computer systems and coordinate with network, software, and system engineers * Direct and support multiple networks; guide team members to complete tasks * Architect and evaluate enterprise system enhancements across hardware, software, and components * Engage with vendors to discuss and evaluate products and services * Analyze customer requirements and implement system enhancements, including automation * Oversee backup, recovery, file systems, disk space, and security logging for classified systems * Lead testing of new product releases and document technical processes * Adhere to information systems security guidelines and report project status * Provide strategic mentorship and technical leadership to junior to senior team members * Lift equipment up to 50 pounds; work after hours or on weekends as needed Tasks * Master's Degree with 10 years IT experience OR Bachelor's with 12 years OR Associate's with 14 years OR High School Diploma/GED with 16 years IT experience * Extensive Windows domain architectures experience in classified environments (Active Directory, GPOs, policies, permissions, Windows server management) * Proficiency in Windows AD, LDAP, VMware, and SAN storage systems * U.S. Government 8570 Certification (Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 6 months * Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation program Key requirements * health insurance coverage * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus potential
