Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape the future of aviation communications by designing, validating and evolving advanced network and radio technologies for global aviation.You work within a multidisciplinary team to analyze, simulate and test systems that keep air travel safe and efficient.You will contribute to lab integration, architecture studies and evaluation of new technologies like SDR, driving practical innovations in real-world networks.This is an opportunity to impact critical infrastructure while growing a broad, cross-domain engineering skillset.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Perform technical analyses, simulations, and performance assessments to optimize systems * Participate in laboratory integration, system setup, and proof-of-concept development * Contribute to design and validation of communication network architectures and virtualized platforms * Support system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting in lab environments * Collaborate with senior engineers on requirements analysis, architecture studies, and design reviews * Develop and evolve advanced communications systems for global aviation networks * Assist in evaluating and prototyping emerging technologies (e.g., SDR and digital communications) * Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and test results * Assist in developing automated testing tools and performance frameworks * Work across multidisciplinary domains including communications, signal processing, software development, and systems engineering * Build technical expertise through mentorship and complex technical investigations Responsabilidades * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (telecommunications, electrical, computer, aerospace) * 3-5 years of relevant experience * Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures * Knowledge of RF principles and communication systems * Knowledge of signal processing or related technologies * Experience with software development or scripting (Python, C++, or similar) * Familiarity with Linux, data analysis, and laboratory-based engineering * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning mindset * Effective communication and collaboration skills Requisitos principales * Flex Week: work from home up to 2 days/week * Flex Day: flexible workday scheduling * Flex Location: up to 30 days/year from anywhere * Employee Wellbeing programs (EAP and Champion Health) * Professional development through learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight, etc.) * Competitive benefits by locale
