PLD Space is an international space services company dedicated to transporting satellites and humans into space.Usted podría ser el solicitante perfecto para este trabajo.Lea toda la información asociada y asegúrese de presentar su candidatura.MissionAs the Propulsion Integration Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the integration, assembly, and maintenance activities of propulsion systems for PLD Space's launch vehicles and test infrastructure.Your mission is to ensure that all propulsion hardware integration activities meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and schedule commitments, driving technical excellence and operational discipline across the integration team.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the propulsion integration team, ensuring the successful execution of engine assembly, installation, and testing operations.Oversee the mechanical, fluidic, and electrical integration of propulsion systems in test benches and launch vehicles.Plan, allocate, and track team resources to align with project milestones and test schedules.Supervise the installation of tanks, turbopumps, feed lines, valves, sensors, and support equipment.Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, integration procedures, and safety protocols.Collaborate with Propulsion, Testing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to guarantee alignment between design intent and physical integration.Define and optimize propulsion integration processes, including assembly procedures, torque sequences, leak checks, and functional validation tests.Provide hands?on technical support for troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues during assembly and test campaigns.Monitor integration activities through the management system, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency, repeatability, and safety.Support design reviews and contribute feedback from integration experience to improve future hardware designs.Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous learning.Ensure compliance with PLD Space's 5S and EHS standards in all integration areas.Necessary RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.+8 years of experiencein propulsion, integration, assembly, or maintenance within aerospace, aviation, or related high?tech industries.Proven experience managing technical teams and complex integration projects.Strong understanding offluid systems (cryogenic, pneumatic, hydraulic), structural assembly, and electrical harnessing.Proficiency in reading and interpretingtechnical drawings, 3D models, and assembly documentation.Experience inengine integration, test bench operations, or rocket system assemblyis highly valued.Proficient with MS Office and digital tools for planning, documentation, and reporting.Excellent problem?solving skills, capable of making technical decisions under tight schedules.Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs.Willingness to travel between PLD Space sites (Elche, Teruel, and Kourou).Strong organizational and communication skills.Desired RequirementsHands?on experience integrating propulsion systems, turbopumps, fluid lines, and instrumentation.Familiarity with cryogenic systems, gaseous pressurization, and high?pressure testing.Experience with launch vehicle or test bench assembly operations.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.Teamwork, proactivity, and achievement orientation.xqbhyrxPassion for space technology and PLD Space's mission.Physiotherapy within our facilities50% discount on private health insuranceFamily health insurance at a competitive rateHealthy snacks and fruit available dailyFind Balance23 days of paid vacation plus December 24th and 31st offNever Stop LearningHands?on learning and development cultureCareer growth through internal mobility and teamworkFocus on Your Financial FutureChildcare, restaurant, and transport flexible contributionsFinancial support for trainingBenefitsPhysiotherapy within our facilities50% discount on private health insuranceFamily health insurance at a competitive rateHealthy snacks and fruit available daily23 days of paid vacation plus December 24th and 31st offHands?on learning and development cultureCareer growth through internal mobility and teamworkChildcare, restaurant, and transport flexible contributionsFinancial support for training#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Necessary RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related Engineering fields. +8 years of experiencein propulsion, integration, assembly, or maintenance within aerospace, aviation, or related high?tech industries. Proven experience managing technical teams and complex integration projects. Strong understanding offluid systems (cryogenic, pneumatic, hydraulic), structural assembly, and electrical harnessing.
