Role DescriptionWe are still looking for the very Top Talent... and we would be delighted if you were to join our team!More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over ****** employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a Solution Architect with a strong strategic and technical mindset to lead the architecture and evolution of key capabilities within the SaaS Assisted Channels client platform .You will play a critical role defining and implementing technical solutions for Reporting (real-time and historical) across assisted channels (Contact Centers and Branches), ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with business objectives in a global, multi-country environment.High English level is required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilitiesDesign scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer interaction management, Data & analytics (real-time and historical processing) and Event-driven integrationsDefine and enforce: Technical standards and integration patterns, Security frameworks and governance principles and Scalability and resiliency best practicesDesign solutions for multi-country and multi-tenant SaaS environmentsLead complex integrations with systems such as: Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Data and Security platformsCollaborate with Product Managers and Functional Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutionsParticipate in: Architecture reviews, Technical governance, Release planning and backlog prioritization and Risk managementSupport engineering teams in technical decision-makingMaintain up-to-date architecture documentation (Confluence and repositories)Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture / Technical Leadership (focused on Data & Reporting)Strong experience designing scalable SaaS platforms and enterprise architecturesDeep knowledge of: Cloud-native architectures, API-based and event-driven integrations and Omnichannel platforms and Data ecosystemsExperience with: SaaS multi-tenant architectures, Security, IAM, OAuth2, RBAC, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple teamsExperience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)English proficiency (C1 level)Nice to HaveExperience with: Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Kafka / Event Bus and Data Lakes and analytics platformsFamiliarity with Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of Contact Center and Branch environmentsWhat can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ?
