Experteer Overview As a Staff Software Engineer at Booz Allen, you shape and deliver data-intensive software through architecture-driven, end-to-end development. You will design and build near real-time, distributed systems while mentoring peers and driving technical direction. You'll own significant capabilities from design to deployment, collaborating with product owners and customers to translate evolving requirements into reliable software. This role offers autonomy, impact, and exposure to challenging defense- and aviation-focused problems. You work across the stack to balance performance, scalability, and development velocity.
