Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Agentforce and Einstein AI to drive business outcomes. You will lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-enabled CRM initiatives with company goals. You will ensure security, governance, and data privacy across Salesforce implementations while staying current with platform updates. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Agentforce-enabled AI solutions to improve customer engagement and efficiency * Build AI-powered agents, prompts, and workflows using Agentforce and Einstein capabilities * Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and scalable automation * Ensure AI governance, security, and data privacy across Salesforce implementations * Develop custom Salesforce applications, workflows, and processes * Customize Salesforce with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components * Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements * Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware * Troubleshoot integration issues and monitor Salesforce performance * Create technical documentation and maintain design specifications * Propose features and enhancements and stay current with Salesforce releases Tasks * 5-10 years of Salesforce CRM development and customizations * Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation * Knowledge of Agentforce service agents, conversational AI workflows, and generative AI integrations in Salesforce * Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices * Experience integrating Agentforce with CRM workflows, APIs, and external systems * Strong experience with Aura, LWC, APEX, JavaScript, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code * Experience with API and data integrations * Knowledge of build/deploy tools (CI/CD, Ant Script or equivalents) * Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC * Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills * Banking/Finance domain experience (nice to have) Key requirements *
