Staff SAP BRIM Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and lead SAP BRIM-based solutions for complex subscription billing and revenue models. You'll work with finance, sales ops, and IT to translate requirements into scalable architectures, configure BRIM modules, and ensure reliable revenue recognition. You will drive integrations, test end-to-end workflows, and troubleshoot production issues to support global financial operations. This is a stakeholder-facing, hands-on leadership position that shapes how Synopsys delivers accurate billing and revenue. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design sessions with finance, sales ops, and IT to translate business requirements into BRIM architectures * Configure and extend BRIM modules: Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Convergent Charging, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) * Design and implement BRIM integrations with upstream systems using APIs, IDocs, and middleware * Document functional specs, process flows, and technical designs for development and business users * Build and execute end-to-end test scenarios for Order-to-Cash and revenue recognition, including edge cases * Troubleshoot production billing and revenue posting issues with ABAP and basis teams * Drive process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable, reusable solutions Tasks * 8+ years of hands-on SAP BRIM experience * Two full lifecycle BRIM implementations * Deep expertise in FI-CA, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging * Strong knowledge of SAP FI components (AR, GL, Credit Management, RAR) * Experience with BRIM integrations via APIs, IDocs, middleware * Understanding of SAP enhancement framework (BAdIs, BTEs, FI-CA events) * Experience with RICEFW development cycles and functional specs for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows * Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent practical experience Key requirements * health benefits * wellness programs * financial benefits * annual bonus * equity * discretionary bonuses
