Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver advanced automation solutions for OEMs, serving as the technical backbone for pre-sales and design activities. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and global ADE/PAE teams to shape architectures and support multi-country opportunities. You'll develop demos, write technical/commercial arguments, and guide customers through viable TVDAs and integration paths. The position focuses on enhancing EcoStruxure Machine solutions and driving successful customer outcomes through expert design and collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Provide pre-sales technical support for OEM accounts and related projects * Promote EcoStruxure Machine solutions and demonstrate strengths/weaknesses * Build demos and POC concepts to visualize solutions * Develop technical and commercial argumentation documents * Assist/lead architecture definition and identify risks affecting duration, budget, feasibility * Support channel partners with technical sales requests and TVDA architectures * Recommend and develop competitive architectures meeting OEM needs * Be the main technical interface for solution contracts and integration questions * Collaborate with global/local ADEs/SAEs/PAEs to deliver the best OEM solutions * Participate in EcoStruxure Machine Experts Program and share best practices Tasks * 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation design or problem solving * Experience designing automation and control systems for OEM machinery * Expertise in regional standards and regulations * Networking knowledge (fieldbuses & Ethernet) * Working knowledge of Motion Control (both asynchronous and synchronous) with proven track record * Technical education and/or engineering degree (desirable) * Fluent English (verbal and written) * Strong ability to translate customer needs into integrated automation solutions * Commercial acumen to support technical sales arguments * Ability to work with multi-country teams and partners Key requirements * medical (with member reward points) * dental * vision * basic life insurance * Benefit Bucks * flexible work arrangements","paid family leaves","401(k) + match","well-being and recognition programs","12 holidays per year","15 days PTO per year","stock purchase eligibility","military leave benefits"]
