Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Communications Cloud Solution Architect, you will guide clients through designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions, balancing business outcomes with technical delivery. You'll lead discovery, requirements refinement, and fit-gap analyses while ensuring value-driven recommendations. The role involves coordinating deployments, data modeling, integrations, and training, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position sits in a fast-paced consulting practice focused on delivering tailored cloud solutions for media, communications, and related sectors. Compensation / Benefits * Guide customers through design and implementation of Salesforce solutions * Engage stakeholders to define desired business outcomes and success criteria * Articulate value of recommended solutions and approach to stakeholders * Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into user stories and designs * Perform fit-gap analyses for Salesforce functionality * Explain Gold Standard features and optimize use of standard functionality * Manage deployments of metadata and configuration components * Design Salesforce solutions involving configuration, data modeling, integrations, and automation * Draft development specifications and oversee delivery and testing * Iterate solutions through Build/Test/Review cycles with Product Owner * Develop and deliver end-user training * Collaborate with Project Manager to align scope, budget, and timeline Tasks * 5+ years client-facing consulting in Salesforce * 3+ years as Salesforce Solution Architect * 3+ years implementing Vlocity CPQ and/or Communications Cloud * 3+ years implementing Sales & Service Cloud * CPQ experience with complex order orchestration (MACDs) * Experience with MuleSoft, Open API, Pega, Kafka * Industry expertise in High Tech, Communications, Media & Entertainment, retail * Strong writing skills for functional specs * Excellent communication with teams and clients * Comfort with cloud technologies and fast-paced environments * Salesforce Certifications (required or upon request) * Experience with release management tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRabit a plus) * BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA a plus Key requirements *
