Experteer Overview As Head of IT, you will lead a medium-to-large IT team to deliver on strategic goals, improving processes, governance, and digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket. You'll partner with business leaders to translate vision into a 1-year roadmap, manage budgets, and drive IT initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational agility. You'll coach leaders, foster a people-first culture, and ensure policy compliance and measurable IT performance. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at Oshkosh Delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and develop a mid-to-large IT team through performance management and career coaching * Define budgets, drive process improvement, and build an innovation-oriented culture * Develop and execute a 1-year IT strategy roadmap aligned with business goals * Collaborate with business and technology leaders to design technical solutions * Manage financial planning, budgeting, ROI, and spend optimization * Ensure IT policy compliance and audit readiness across the organization * Shape department-wide best practices for IT operations, architecture, and management * Serve as a changemaker, communicating impact and risk to leadership and frontline teams * Foster strong cross-functional relationships and understand business imperatives * Oversee technology operations and monitor progress against strategic roadmaps Tasks * Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in IT or related field * 3+ years of management experience * Experience with ITIL, COBIT, budgeting, data analytics, agile, scrum, risk management, strategic planning * Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Solid understanding of ERP systems and integration, preferably JDE, and value-stream processes in engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket Key requirements * competitive total rewards package * people-first culture * growth opportunities * accommodation for disabilities * equal opportunity employer
