Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you design, implement, and govern enterprise ontologies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs to power Disney's federated data platform. You will shape semantic layers and graph technologies to accelerate data-driven decisions across Disney Entertainment, ESPN, Experiences, and Corporate Finance. You'll enable AI-enabled search and reasoning through vector and graph databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into ontological designs. You'll also contribute to data cataloging, governance, and a unified data access layer. This position emphasizes impact, scalability, and collaboration within a modern data-driven organization. Compensation / Benefits * Design and govern enterprise ontologies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs * Build and maintain semantic layer graphs, knowledge graphs, and entity graphs * Leverage vector and graph databases for LLM-augmented search and reasoning across federated data * Collaborate with data engineering, AI, and business teams to translate goals into ontological models * Evolve the enterprise Data Catalog with semantic metadata, lineage, and governance * Contribute to a unified data access layer across Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, S3, Kafka * Implement enterprise security models (RBAC/ABAC, dynamic masking) via ontology * Contribute to AI integration initiatives (ontology-driven agents, RAG pipelines) * Establish ontology governance, versioning, and lifecycle management * Contribute to the internal Data Marketplace by defining semantic data products * Mentor team members on semantic technologies and best practices Tasks * 7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, semantic technologies, or related fields with strong technical implementation * Deep ontology modeling expertise (OWL, RDF, SKOS, SHACL) and graph technologies * Understanding of semantic layer graphs vs knowledge graphs vs entity graphs and use cases * Hands-on with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune) and vector databases for semantic search/LLM integration * Proficiency in Data Catalogs and semantic metadata management * Experience with federated architectures across relational (PostgreSQL, Snowflake), document (MongoDB), object (S3), and streaming (Kafka) systems * Ability to translate complex business goals into ontological designs to accelerate value * Strong programming skills: Python, SPARQL, Cypher, GraphQL, SQL * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and IaC practices * Solid data governance, security (RBAC/ABAC, dynamic masking), and compliance * Excellent communication bridging business and technical teams Key requirements * bonus and/or long-term incentive units * medical benefits * financial benefits * competitive compensation * opportunities for growth * employee福利?*unknown
