Production Support - Elite FinTech - Up to $240,000 + Bonus

A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Production/Application Support Engineer to ensure their global trading platforms run smoothly and reliably.

You'll support end-to-end trade flows - from pre-trade checks through to post-trade operations - monitoring systems, resolving issues quickly, and working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to prevent outages and drive automation.

???? What you'll do:

• Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems
• Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues
• Manage scheduled changes and automated workflows
• Collaborate with infra teams to improve stability and automation
• Support continuous improvement of platform reliability

?? 2+ years' experience in application / production / front-office support

?? Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills

?? SQL experience (Postgres or similar relational databases)

?? Solid Linux knowledge

?? Strong problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in technology
