Aaditya Binod Yadav builds web applications and cloud-native systems as a full-stack engineer at Nepbrain Labs. He focuses on practical software engineering, making complex infrastructure approachable for developers.
Much of his work centers on system resilience. His talk on offline-first engineering explored the realities of building a crisis coordination platform for disaster-response teams in Nepal. He detailed how to handle data synchronization, peer-to-peer replication, and conflict resolution when the internet disappears entirely.
Outside of engineering, he helps grow local developer communities by organizing Ubucon Asia and contributing to Google Developer Groups.
