Abdel Sghiouar connects developers with Google Cloud infrastructure. As a Cloud Developer Advocate, he focuses on Kubernetes, serverless frameworks, and AI integration. He also co-hosts the Kubernetes Podcast by Google and serves as a CNCF Ambassador.
He frequently teaches developers how to run Java efficiently on serverless architectures and how to build real-time applications with Gemini. His talks cover everything from Native Image compilation to function calling with LangChain4j.
Originally from Morocco, Abdel began his career managing physical data centers before moving to Google’s EU hub in Belgium. He currently lives in Sweden.
