André Alves builds software for quantum computers. As an engineer on the firmware team at eleQtron, he focuses on the low-level systems that make quantum hardware run.
He previously worked on quantum firmware at IBM and spent time as a team lead at freiheit.com technologies. Active in the community, André serves as a Qiskit Advocate and a former Quantum Ambassador for the Unitary Foundation.
His talks help developers map new quantum concepts onto familiar abstraction layers, breaking down how QPUs actually differ from traditional CPUs.
